I understand and agree that my testimonial as described above or in the audio and/or video recorded of me (the “Testimonial”) and made on behalf of Your Auto Advocate (hereinafter called “The Business”) may be used in connection with publicizing and promoting The Business. I authorize The Business to use my name, image, likeness, brief biographical information, and the Testimonial or any part thereof in any medium of expression in the Business's sole discretion.

I hereby irrevocably authorize The Business to copy, exhibit, publish, use, and distribute the Testimonial or any part thereof for purposes of publicizing The Business’ programs and for any other lawful purpose. These statements and/or images or recordings may be used in printed publications, multimedia presentations, on websites or in any other medium of expression. I agree that I will have no monetary or other claim against The Business for the use of the Testimonial.

In addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including any written copy or edited audio or video wherein my likeness or my Testimonial appears.

I hereby hold harmless and release and will defend The Business from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, assigns, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization or the Testimonial.
